Nashville had some terrific moments in the season finale - Juliette finally accepting comfort for her grief, and acknowledging that she's both relieved and heartbroken that her mother is gone, drove me to tears. Deacon falling off the wagon was also heartbreaking. Loved, loved, loved the scene at the end when he and Rayna were fighting in the car, as music played over their words. We couldn't hear a thing they said, but the raw emotion on display was incredible.

I'm REALLY upset over the end of "Merlin." Guess I'll have to get a Xanax prescription, ha ha! But it is better to end on a good note, I suppose. I can count on one hand the number of tv series I've ever watched that never had a bad episode. This is definitely one of them!

A few weeks ago when Casey was fighting Tom in the frat house I laughed so hard at Anders Holm's facial expressions I had to pause and rewind to hear what I missed. There are still thing about the show that bother me but thanks to guest appearances like his it's growing on me. And now I must go watch my Pride & Prejudice DVD...

I really don't want to like Pastor Casey, but darn if Anders Holm isn't delightful! But if Danny is Mr. Darcy to Mindy's Lizzie Bennett, does that make Pastor Casey Mr. Wickham?

I watched it again and I see what you mean about David. I totally agree.

Cyrus is so too much when he gets worked up! :)

I guess we now know how it is that Huck gets to live outside of B613 with no repercussions from them. Although I have a slight problem with the fact that no one seems to know that Rowan is Liv's dad. How has that never come up before. All the snooping Jake did and Charlie and no one knew.
But I'm going to let it go because overall the episode was awesome...just awesome.

I'm also glad Jake didn't get killed, I want Scott Foley to come back in some capacity and I love that he sacrificed himself for Liv. I just hope he doesn't break like Huck did. I love Huck but he is a broken individual.

This was by far, the best finale I've ever seen. They held nothing back. From writing to acting, the totally nailed it. I was shocked speechless by that ending!

Regarding David's part: when he was talking to Billy, all I could think was, "No David, don't give up everything that you stand for!". I don't think he was shady about what he did. I think he did the only thing he could do legally. He got the confession out of Billy and on tape so that it' would be admissible in court. No loopholes for him to squirm out of. David did what he does best; upheld the law. If anyone deserves to wear a white hat it's David. He created it!

For David to send Olivia a white hat and all the proof of Billy's guilt was a sign of respect from David and I was so happy with that.

So after two seasons of not really knowing anything about Olivia's past (where did she come from? why did she start her company?), next season is finally going to show us the woman behind the gladiator. I can't wait!

Cyrus was cracking me up when he was in that ambulance. "Give me your gun, I want to shoot him!" LOL!

I believe root's ending phone call was all in her head. If you notice the scene, there are no boxes around anyone in the nuthouse. Very telling imo.

the suitcase that Reese tried to pick up in China, was then obtained by Wrinkly Man working for Decima who then tells us / Reese / Shaw that Finch was the one who left it there. And this suitcase contains the virus that the machine is dealing with currently?

Funny PoI moment last night: a guy is holding a gun on a bridal party; Reese and Shaw drive up; guy goes down; Reese looks at the bridal party and says "Congratulations!" and then they drive on.

Technically, this episode is sans Chevy, but they get around that using a couple of clever techniques. Isn't this the first one that has no Chevy at all? His presence has been pretty small in the last couple of episodes, but he was there.
